SUBJECT SECTION

The civic # is the door number of your house or building. For example, if you live at 22 Maple St – "22" is the civic number.
Yes, please provide all of your addresses for the past 7 years.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

Your employment history must the period requested in its entirety, accounting for both periods of employment and unemployment. There cannot be any gaps of thirty days or more in the information provided.

EDUCATION/EMPLOYMENT

To facilitate the verifications and prevent us from reporting any discrepancies related to your background screening, please be as accurate as possible in the information provided to us. Please be advised that at any time, you can save the information you have entered so far in the system and exit your session if you need time to verify some details in your personal records. You can access your electronic form again and pick up where you left off by clicking on the link provided in your eVite email.

PROFESSIONAL ACCREDITATION/ TRADE CERTIFICATION

A professional accreditation/trade certificate is an accreditation, designation, title or certification granted by a duly authorized professional organisation/regulatory body certifying that you are authorized to use a certain professional title/practice or work within a regulated trade/profession. Examples would include being a Chartered Accountant, a certified Millwright, etc.
If you do not have a professional accreditation, please select “No” to the question “Do you have any Professional Accreditations or Trade Certifications?” when you access the Professional accreditation/ Trade certification section.

CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK

Please check your personal records. Your local police service might also be able to provide you certain details. If you cannot recall precise information, please enter the information you can recall or approximate dates.

EID SECTION & SIGNATURE/ DOWNLOAD

Occasionally a person’s identity could not be verified through the eID process. In these cases, you will need to print the consent form available in the download section and sign it by hand. For identification purposes, we will require a copy of two pieces of ID.
For Security purposes, the signature section is only available once in the process.

UPLOAD SECTION

The upload section of the eVite form will indicate which documents you need to provide. Please click on “What to upload” next to each subtitle in the Upload section for more details. Generally speaking, it is better to upload more information then less, as this will assist us in performing the verifications as quickly as possible. Resumes, copies of degrees, Accreditation certificates are always welcome in performing our screening.
Yes, you can use a smartphone and take clear pictures of the documents and then upload them. We accept documents in a large number of popular formats.

SAVE & CLOSE

Please make sure that you selected the SUBMIT button at the end of the form after entering all of your information. If your information is duly submitted, you will receive a confirmation number starting with “EM” following by 11 digits. Please retain this number for future reference.

MISCELLANEOUS

As soon as we received your online submission, we will verify if you have provided all the required info and we will contact you if there is something else missing.
The completion time for your background screening depends on what services we have been asked to perform and how quickly we receive responses from your references or the institutions, governmental bodies, third parties and other sources we need to contact to perform all verifications requested. To allow for the best completion time, we encourage you to provide information as detailed and accurate as possible and to contact all of your references (if required) prior to providing their names to make sure they are available and aware that we will be contacting them shortly.
The results will be sent directly to the company who requested your background screening.
Please note that we perform the verifications requested by your prospective employer, but we are not involved in the decision process, nor are we made aware of their decision. To determine the status of your application, please contact your recruiter directly.
